How to get TAA lease-form access

1. Review membership and apply. Choose the appropriate HTAA category and review the published application and unit-registration requirements. HTAA can explain the next step for your property.
2. Complete separate Blue Moon registration. Confirm which product fits your rental and any provider charges or eligibility requirements.
3. Use the provider's forms system. After meeting its requirements, access the appropriate forms through Blue Moon. HTAA does not provide individual lease files or sample downloads on this page.

Questions independent rental owners ask

Can I join if I own just one rental home?

Yes. You do not have to own an apartment community. HTAA's Independent Rental Owner category is for people or entities managing ten or fewer units. Review the current eligibility, dues and application details before applying.

Is $320 the total cost of accessing forms?

$320 is HTAA's published annual IRO membership dues. It is not a combined quote for membership and Blue Moon products. Confirm any separate provider fees and product requirements with Blue Moon.

Can I register only the property that needs a lease right now?

HTAA's IRO requirements call for registration of all units owned or managed by an owner or representative using Blue Moon TAA forms. Ask HTAA to confirm the requirements for your membership category.

Does joining HTAA automatically give me a Blue Moon account?

No. HTAA membership and Blue Moon registration are separate steps. Membership alone does not create a provider account or replace the provider's requirements.

Can I download a sample residential or apartment lease here?

No. This page explains membership and access steps. Official forms are accessed through Blue Moon after registration and completion of the applicable requirements.
