Educational Opportunities

Each month (excluding August), the HTAA holds a regular educational meeting for our Owner/Managers. Not only are the meetings informative, but they provide networking opportunities for Members, both Owner/Managers and Product Service Members.

Golf Tournament

The Annual Golf Tournament is usually held in August at a local golf course. This is a fun day for golfers and a great opportunity to network with all the different Product/Service companies as well as Owner/Manager members. The day is packed with different activities and opportunities for you to market your company.

Installation of Officers

The Heart of Texas Apartment Association holds the Installation and Awards Banquet annually. This fun-filled evening highlights the past year's Board of Directors, Committee Volunteers, and Product Service Sponsors. A Texas Apartment Association representative is on hand to install the new Board of Directors.

Sponsorship Luncheons

Occasionally HTAA holds Sponsorship Luncheons. All on-site members of the Association are encouraged to attend. These luncheons are a great way to meet other individuals in the multi-family housing industry and learn about the activities happening in the association. The meetings are informative and a lot of fun. A Product Service Member also speaks to the Members about a particular topic, many times, this topic will be about a product or service offered.

Annual Trade Show

The HTAA Annual Trade Show provides a great opportunity for businesses to showcase their products and services to our membership. Typically the Trade Show is for members only. Trade Show Booths are available for participating Product Service Members to exhibit their Products and Services. The Trade Show is usually centered around a theme, which makes it very fun and entertaining for all. This event usually takes place in the month of March or April each year.

Annual Family Picnic

This event is for the entire family and is usually held in the Month of May. This is a great opportunity to involve friends and family in an day/evening filled with fun, games, food and friendship.

Annual Bowling Tournament

This event usually takes place in June or July. The tournament raises money for PAC and is a great time for networking and enjoying friendships. Make no mistake, this event is competitive!
